Crazy paving within your own property generally does not require DA approval from Northern Beaches Council. However, any work that alters stormwater drainage or affects a kerb crossing requires a Section 138 application. We advise on this before starting.

Sweep regularly to remove leaves and debris that trap moisture. Re-seal every 3–5 years with a penetrating stone sealer. Pressure wash to remove algae and moss. Re-point loose jointing mortar as needed to prevent movement and weeds.
