Frameless Glass, Semi-Frameless & Aluminium
NSW AS1926-compliant pool fence installations. Free measure and quote across Greater Sydney.
Fencing and Landscaping Experts install pool fencing across Greater Sydney — frameless glass, semi-frameless glass, aluminium tubular and colorbond options. Every pool fence we install complies with the NSW Swimming Pools Act 1992 and Australian Standard AS1926.1-2012, including the 1200mm minimum height, non-climbable requirements and self-closing gate specifications.
In NSW, all swimming pools must be registered on the Swimming Pool Register and barriers must pass a compliance inspection. We install to AS1926 standards and can advise you on the inspection process for your local council — whether that's Liverpool City Council, Campbelltown City Council, Blacktown City Council or any other LGA in Greater Sydney.
We provide free on-site measure and quotes across Western Sydney, the Hills District, the Sutherland Shire, and inner west suburbs. Our team handles all fence types — from standard aluminium for investment properties through to high-end frameless glass for new builds and prestige homes.
Our pool fence installation process is built around NSW AS1926 compliance from day one, so your barrier passes inspection first time. Every pool fence installation in Sydney follows the same four proven steps:
We measure your pool area, assess the deck surface and boundary, and recommend the right fence type and layout for AS1926 compliance and your budget.
You receive a fixed written quote with no hidden costs. We confirm material, colour, gate positions and self-closing hardware before ordering.
Our licensed installers set posts or core-drill spigots, hang panels, and fit self-closing, self-latching gates — most residential pool fence installations take 1–2 days.
We set out every fence to meet the 1200mm height, non-climbable zone and gate rules so your pool barrier passes its compliance certificate inspection.
All options comply with NSW AS1926 pool safety regulations. We advise on the best fit for your pool, budget and aesthetic.

Not every pool fence job is a new install. A large share of our Sydney pool fencing work is bringing existing barriers back to compliance — usually after a failed inspection, a property sale or a landlord registration check. The most common failure points are gates that no longer self-close, latches below the 1500mm minimum, gaps that have opened past 100mm at the bottom of the fence, and climbable objects (pot plants, barbecues, retaining walls) that have crept into the 900mm non-climbable zone.
We repair or replace gate hinges and latches, re-tension and re-set panels, swap damaged glass panels like-for-like, and replace rusted aluminium sections. Where an older fence can't practically be brought up to AS1926, we quote a straight replacement — often reusing the existing gate position and layout to keep the work to 1–2 days.
In NSW, pool fencing must be a minimum of 1200mm (1.2m) in height as per AS1926.1-2012. The fence must be non-climbable — no horizontal rails or footholds within 900mm of the top on the outside face. Gates must be self-closing and self-latching, opening away from the pool.
Pool fencing in Sydney is quoted after a free on-site measure. The main factors are the material — aluminium tubular, semi-frameless glass or fully frameless glass — plus the linear metres, gate count and the deck surface the fence fixes into. Free on-site quotes provided across Greater Sydney.
All NSW pools must be registered on the Swimming Pool Register and barriers must pass a compliance certificate inspection. You generally don't need a DA for the fence itself, but the pool barrier must be AS1926 compliant. We install to AS1926 standards and advise on the inspection process for your council area.
Frameless glass uses 12mm toughened glass held by stainless steel spigots — no visible posts, maximum views. Semi-frameless uses 10mm glass with aluminium posts at intervals — still very open-looking but more cost-effective. Both comply with NSW pool safety regulations.
Yes — we install pool fencing across Western Sydney including Liverpool, Campbelltown, Parramatta, Kellyville, Baulkham Hills and the Sutherland Shire. Free on-site measure and quotes available.
Most residential pool fence installations are completed in 1–2 days once materials are on site. Aluminium tubular is fastest; frameless glass takes a little longer because spigots are core-drilled into the pool deck. After a free measure we confirm a firm date, and every fence is set out to pass AS1926 compliance inspection.
Wash with warm soapy water and a squeegee every four to six weeks — more often near the coast, where salt spray etches glass if left. Avoid abrasive pads. A glass surface protector applied at installation makes water sheet off and roughly halves the cleaning effort.
Yes. Older fences usually fail on gate self-closing, latch height, gaps or climbable objects near the fence. We repair gates and hardware, re-set panels or replace the barrier entirely, and set out every fix to pass the compliance certificate inspection.
